Yum breakfast together
We all got together in Year six to share breakfast before we got down to the serious business of SATs. C made some cakes with some excellent motivational messages and they were yummy!

Year six being teachers
Year six revised how to use protractors and then decided to set success criteria for how to successfully measure angles. They then decided to test out their success criteria on year five and teach them. Everyone agreed it was a a really useful way of testing our own understanding of a topic…now we need more guinea pigs to work with us!

Ryan’s (and his dad!) yummy cake
Ryan made a replica river bed cake and it was awesome! Everyone enjoyed tucking in and made a nice change at snack time. Well done Ryan ( and dad) your icing in the style of a river was great. Thanks from all at Year Six x P.S can you write down the recipe for us?

Sport Relief run 118–got your number!
Our excellent runners are at it again! This time they ran with various brave members of staff to raise some money for sports relief. I am one VERY proud teacher! Not only did they all run and finish but they got their parents to bake cakes and we raised, just on cakes alone, over £40!! Can’t wait to see what the final total will be.
